Terms of Use

These terms describe a private utility operated solely for its owner. Max Encrypted Backup is not a public product or service.

Private use

There is no public registration, subscription, or permission to use this utility. Access is limited to accounts and systems authorized by the owner.

Purpose

The utility transfers and maintains encrypted backup data in the owner’s Google Drive account for disaster-recovery purposes.

No warranty

The utility is operated on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or recovery of every file.

Acceptable use

Unauthorized access, interference, security testing, or attempts to use the utility or its credentials are prohibited.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the utility’s operation or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
